When removing stain from the teeth is an issue, bleaching is a non-destructive efficent option. Our teeth collect stain over our life time, resulting in yellowing and browning. Bleaching can remove the stain and allow our teeth to be as “white” as they have the potential to be. (We recommend an approved system offered and monitored by a dentist versus the over-the-counter kits due to the lack of control of content and dealing with issues if they do occur.)

There are two methods offered.
Home Bleaching
• A kit that is custom made for the patient and monitored by the office.
• Results are visible in as little as 1-2 days with the full treatment taking
2-6 weeks, depending on the degree of stain and time used.

In-office Bleaching
• A faster method that is performed in the dental chair over an hour to an hour and a half. It will not remove all the stain in one sitting but we supply the Home kit ( at no extra charge) allowing you to continue until all the stain has been removed, usually in 1-2 weeks.

The home system allows for maintainence as well, as you will stain again. The system can be kept for years as long as no damage occurs and gel can be purchased at our office at a nominal fee for when you run out or gel has expired.
